At L’ARTE DELLA GELATO, a boutique gelato brand in Melbourne, we are searching for a passionate, artistic Gelato Cake Chef. Someone who can transform gelato cakes into unforgettable creations — cakes that don’t just look stunning but leave people with lasting memories.

This is not a routine kitchen job. This is your stage for creativity, where your cakes become part of our brand’s story and identity.

 

What You’ll Do

• Craft unique, eye-catching, and artistic gelato cake samples.

• Express emotions and themes through dessert design — cakes that make people stop, smile, and take photos.

• Collaborate with our team to capture photos & videos of your creations for branding and marketing.

 

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in gelato cake making or pastry art.

• Strong artistic and creative skills — an eye for color, form, and storytelling.

• Must provide at least 3 high-quality photos of past dessert creations (gelato cakes preferred).

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to excellence.
